VEMS V3 Engine Management System
The VEMS V3 Engine Management System offers high quality control of your high performance engine, for a very competitive price. This system supports up 8 sequentially controlled fuel injectors (high or low Z), up to 8 direct fire ignition coils, dual VR and Hall triggers, Manifold Air Pressure and Manifold Air Temperature sensors, dual knock sensors, dual EGT inputs, and natively controls two wideband lambda sensors - no additional controller required. An LCD display may be connected, and the system supports direct connection of a PC style keyboard for tuning, as well as a PC interface for firmware updates and configuration. The firmware features advanced tuning options, including lambda target tuning, and self-learning tables. Each VEMS V3 EMS includes free "first-run" support, which means installation and configuration support to the first successful run of the engine. The VEMS V3 EMS is available in bare form for $505.00 (enclosure and additional components needed), or fully tested and assembled for $915.00 (sensors are additional).
VEMS Wideband Lambda with EGT
The VEMS Wideband Lambda Gauge with EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) accurately displays your engine's fuel mixture as AFR or Lambda value, within 1% of expensive commercial 6-gas analysers. EGT is displayed, up to 1200°C to assist with ignition tuning. Additional features include display of Engine RPM, and a spare analogue input allows MAP or TPS to be displayed. The gauge can be connected to a laptop for updates and configuration, and supports logging of all data to an external device. This incredibly useful tool is $635 including a Bosch wideband lambda sensor and exclusive heavy duty EGT probe.
VEMS Wiring Looms
Off-the-shelf and bespoke wiring looms are available to reduce installation time and improve reliability. They are produced using automotive wire to SAE J1128-TXL, which is rated to 125°C, and is better suited to engine bay use. Connectors are weather-proof automotive grade, while higher quality alternatives are available for racing applications. Price varies on application.
Fuel System Components
Bosch Motorsport "044" fuel pump rated to 600 HP FI, or 730 HP NA. This superb fuel pump can be used in-line or may be able to replace your in-tank pump. Only $419.00.
Bosch Motorsport fuel injectors rated at 425 cc/min @ 4 bar. These are high-Z injectors, rated at 16 Ohms. Only $124.00 each.
Ignition Components
Bosch Motorsport 2x2 coilpack, .chosen for use with the VEMS V3 EMS. These coilpacks suit 4 cylinder and V8 (2 coilpacks required) engines, and are available for only $265.00.
Bosch Motorsport 2x3 coilpacks for 6 cylinder engines are available for only $275.00 each.
